Individual and Group sessions can be booked through the Jane App using the “Book Now” button below as of May 1st, 2025.
Rates
Individual Sessions: $235.00
Group Sessions: $65.00 / hour
Individual sessions are 1.5 hours and Group sessions are 2-3 hours. Treatment groups are 6 weeks.
Currently, Direct Billing is in the process of being available for Indigenous Affairs, Blue Cross, and Canada Life. The remainder of the session fee (if not fully covered) will need to be paid prior to the session commencing. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your healing journey.
Before You Book
Please note all services provided include therapeutic modalities and mental health recovery focused treatments. Sessions will not continue if there are active addiction and/or high conflict domestic violence. Often unresolved personal or career related trauma can block us from fully living a life where we feel “FREEDOM, CONNECTION AND SAFETY” with family, friends and community members, due to internalized shame, distorted thinking, perfectionism, professional burn out, or unresolved trauma.
The traumatic events being treated needs to have happened over a year ago, as I do not provide crisis counselling. I provide therapy and trauma treatment related to your career, a death of a loved one, a deep betrayal from a family member, intimate partner, friend, or co-worker/boss. Sexual, emotional, mental, spiritual abuse, separation/divorce, foster care & adoption breakdowns, living and working in a rural setting, living and working on Reservation/Metis Settlement or Farming communities with the population you serve.
